UNITED WAY IMPACT REPORT

For United Way of Montcalm-Ionia (UWMI) Counties in Michigan, donor behavior is changing. Younger demographics are looking for more transparency. I partnered with UWMI to create a brochure that visualizes how their team maximizes every dollar's impact to serve the local community.

 
 

I gathered the assets, identified the goals, and began to build out the brochure with some sketches. I spent some time with the copy, and organized it into sections. I made paper mockups that I sketched on to help set the flow of the story: breaking numbers into visuals, charts and graphs.

The brochure unfolds to a larger poster that thanks volunteers and donors for their contributions. Adding photos draws interest across the page and connects the stats to real events.
